What is Week 1 on Nutrisystem?
Week 1 on Nutrisystem is designed to reboot your body and kickstart your weight loss.* It is specially designed for results you can see (and feel) in your first 7 days! This first week includes meals, snacks and shakes each day (first order only).
You will receive a specially designed Week 1 pamphlet to help maximize your results. During your first week, you will eat Nutrisystem® breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks for all 7 days. You will receive 7 Nutrisystem® shakes to use as your morning snack during this first week. These are packed with protein and probiotics to support digestive health and help shrink your belly as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
Once you’ve completed your first week, you’ll enjoy Nutrisystem® meals and snacks, plus grocery items like PowerFuels, SmartCarbs and veggies. You’ll also incorporate Flex meals and snacks throughout the week. Information about week 2 and beyond can be found in your Quick Start Guide included in your box, as well as in the NuMi® app.
