Am I allowed to use dressings and oils on my vegetables?
If you are not following the Body Reboot Week portion of your weight loss meal plan, you can use oils and salad dressings on your vegetables. Oils and salad dressing will fall under the same category as condiments (like ketchup and mayonnaise), coffee creamer, etc. These will count as Extras on your program. Every day, you will be allotted three Extras which are 10-35 calories per serving.
