Should I exercise during the first week of my Nutrisystem meal plan?
The first week is a little more calorie restricted than the rest of your diet plan, so we generally recommend waiting until your second week before beginning any intense or increased exercise regimen. Low to moderate activity levels can be beneficial to this initial week.
