Here’s what you need to know about Uniquely Yours:
Your journey to a healthier, slimmer you begins immediately with Week 1 on Nutrisystem. This first week is lower in calories and designed to reboot your body and jumpstart weight loss.* You will receive a specially designed Week 1 Guide to help maximize your results. In addition to 64 ounces of water each day, the only grocery additions you will need to add in during this week are unlimited non-starchy vegetables. You will also receive seven Nutrisystem® shakes to use as your morning snack during this first week. These delicious shakes feature 15 g of protein to keep you feeling full and satisfied. Plus, Vitamin D to support immune health and Chromax® chromium picolinate to help reduce body fat and support lean body mass.**
Easy to Follow
The Uniquely Yours plan keeps the progress (and the good food) coming. In the weeks after your first seven days, you will follow the Quick Start Guide in your order and continue enjoying meals and snacks from Nutrisystem. Our expert nutritionists make sure your meal plan is deliciously satisfying and perfectly balanced.
Not only can you choose your menu, but you can also choose the number of meals and snacks you need! You can opt to have every day covered (seven days of our meals and snacks every week) or most days covered (five days of our meals and snacks every week). This truly makes the plan “uniquely yours.” If you choose to have most days covered, you’ll have the opportunity to incorporate Flex meals into your weekly plan for more flexibility.
If you opt to have ever day covered, your plan will be free of Flexing in order to provide you the ultimate, convenient weight loss plan. You get a four-week supply of your favorite Nutrisystem foods and you choose which of them you want to eat at each meal or snack time. It’s almost like going to your favorite restaurant each day, except you know that everything on the menu will keep you on track to your weight loss goal.

When you sign up for the Uniquely Yours plan, you only have to stock up on some grocery basics and you are set for a month of eating healthy and shedding excess pounds. All you have to do is pick out the non-starchy vegetables, such as carrots, peppers and cucumbers, that you like. You also get to select your choice of SmartCarbs (think high-fiber bread and pasta) and PowerFuels (lean proteins like eggs, cheese and chicken breast) to round out your meals. You can also add flavor to your food with herbs, spices and other Free Foods as well as a few Extras, such as salad dressing and ketchup.
