Our meal plan is easy to follow, but that doesn’t mean the first shipment won’t make you feel slightly overwhelmed—it’s common. A large box filled with shakes, bars, snacks and entrées—that’s a LOT of food. The good news is everything will be labeled for you to understand what you should be eating and when.

If you’ve ordered our Turbo Takeoff week, your first shipment will also include a box that looks like this inside of your larger box:

Turbo Takeoff

This box includes every item you’ll be eating in your first week on Nutrisystem. Each day during the Turbo Takeoff Week you’ll be eating one our labeled entrees for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You’ll also be adding in at least four servings of non starchy veggies each day. To keep you feeling energized and full between meals, you will be adding in a protein shake and one of our delicious snack bars, which also will be easy to find in the Turbo Takeoff Box.

Once your first week is over, and you’ve officially jumpstarted your weight loss, you’ll start choosing items out of the larger box. The second week of your meal plan is when you will start to add SmartCarbs and PowerFuels into your daily menu, along with Flex™ Meals. At Nutrisystem, we have specially designed our program to give you the flexibility and freedom you need to stay on track with your weight loss goals. Following a completely restricted diet can often lead to setbacks and failure, and we are here to ensure your weight loss success!

So while you decide which breakfast, lunch and dinner you’re going to flex (create your own meal!) with, or which SmartCarbs (good carbs) and PowerFuels (lean proteins and healthy fats) are your favorite, we’re here to help you out!

Sometimes this flexibility in our diet program can be slightly overwhelming.
