So you ordered your Nutrisystem diet plan, and you’re excited to get started. You’ve cleared your cabinets of any junk food that might sabotage your goals, and made room for all of the delicious meals and snacks that are headed your way. You’ve watched our Getting Started Video to make sure you’re ready to go when your first shipment arrives. You’ve checked out the Grocery Guide to determine which fruits, veggies and snacks you should be adding to your menu, and you’ve read this article on flex meals to determine how you can enjoy a few meals on your own each week. You’re feeling confident and ready.
But then your first shipment arrives and you find yourself feeling slightly overwhelmed—there’s a lot of food in that big box! And while all of the food is color coded depending upon whether they’re a breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack, you’re wondering what you should eat… and when. You’re thinking “I wish someone would just tell me what to eat and when… at least in the beginning!”

This box is full of every single thing you’ll be eating for the first week on the program, the Turbo Week (except for four servings of veggies, which you can add in yourself).
