Article posted in: LifestyleWe continue a run of playlists by offering you a bedtime playlist: a sample of music to fall asleep to. We know what you’re thinking: Wait! I’m supposed to be completely still and in a screen-free environment if I want to fall asleep. To which we say: You’re right. This is music we suggest you start listening to as you’re winding down the day, getting ready to get in to bed, not quite in bed yet. Why sleep? Because a solid 8 hours of sleep is an important part of a weight loss program. And while we’re offer the spoiler alert that Ed Sheeran’s “Thinking Out Loud” tops the list only because Spotify discovered it to be the most-listened-to bedtime song, we think it more appropriate for first dances at weddings.
