Watercress may not get a lot of publicity, but it should: this nutrient-dense vegetable is rich in antioxidants and adds a super nutritional punch to any meal. Watch as Nutrisystem dietitian Mandi Knowles shows you how easy it is to pair this underappreciated, peppery-tasting veggie with Nutrisystem’s Mushroom Risotto to create a meal occasion that’s sure to satisfy.
