On Nutrisystem, Count As: 1 PowerFuel, ½ SmartCarb and 1 Vegetable
- 1 zucchini, peeled
- 1 carrot, peeled
- 1 large egg
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, low sodium
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- Preheat air fryer to 400° F.
- Grate zucchini and carrot. Wring out the excess water.
- In a medium bowl, combine all the above ingredients.
- Form tots and place in air fryer as one layer.
