Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 10 dates, pitted
  • ¼ cup + 2 Tbsp. water
  • ¼ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:

  1. In a food processor, grind the cashews and oats until finely ground.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients until a dough starts to form.
  3. Roll into 16 balls.
  4. Store in an air tight container. Keep energy balls in the refrigerator.
