What is the nutritional composition of carbohydrates, protein and fat per day on the Nutrisystem weight loss program?

The Nutrisystem® diet meal plans provide approximately 50% of the calories from low-glycemic, “good” carbohydrates, 25% of the calories from protein, and 20% of the calories from fat. For more detail on the nutritional averages within meal categories, please refer to the following chart.
