How do I redeem my Nutrisystem Costco Card? What if I have a problem with my gift card?
Nutrisystem Costco gift card:
If you purchased a Nutrisystem gift card online for the purchase of food through Costco, you can redeem your card at www.nutrisystem.com or by phone at 1-888-995-3438. If you choose to redeem your card online, please enter the serial number and PIN number found on the back of your card during checkout. You can only use your gift card on one order at a time and only on one customer account. Limit 10 gift cards per order/transaction.
Report a lost or stolen Nutrisystem gift card:
To report a lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Card that has not yet been used, please reach out to Costco to have the matter addressed. We cannot recover card information that has not been used in our system. We are not responsible for and will not credit any unauthorized use of your Gift Card.
