How do I change my Nutrisystem food order’s shipping address?
To change your shipping address:
- After logging in to your account, click on Edit Next Order.
- Click the UPDATE SHIPPING INFORMATION link under the SHIPPING TO section of the page with your current address.
- Make the changes to your shipping address and click Update. This will change the address for future orders.
We encourage our customers to sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager®. By signing up, you have access to:
- Stay informed with delivery notifications.
- Save package delivery instructions for your driver – Make delivery location requests in FedEx Delivery Manager. There is no guarantee, but hopefully this will help your driver know your preference. Examples: Leave on porch, Do not block door, Deliver to apartment door
- View picture proof of delivery (PPOD) on the tracking page – Many FedEx deliveries now include a picture with your delivery.
- Provide feedback directly to FedEx as well as rate the experience on the tracking page – You can report a misdelivered package (use Report Missing Package option under Manage Delivery) and leave feedback on your delivery and driver.
Note: If you are attempting to change the address on an order currently in fulfillment, please call a Customer Care Representative at 1-800-585-5483 to see if your address can be updated.
