When will my Nutrisystem program order ship?

Thank you for choosing the Nutrisystem weight loss program! You can check the status of your order on the Order History page. Once logged in to your Nutrisystem account, click on Order History on the left side panel.

We will also provide you with tracking information for your order via email once the order is in transit. Uniquely Yours orders containing frozen foods will be sent in two separate shipments: one containing shelf-stable foods, and the other containing frozen items. These portions may not be shipped on the same date and may arrive at your residence separately.

The Processing and Delivery time frame will take up to 1 to 5 business days from when the order is placed. However, this time frame may take up to 10 business days if the carrier experiences any delays.

Please note, our warehouse packs dry ice in frozen shipments to keep your food frozen for the duration of the delivery. In general, your food will remain frozen for approximately 4 to 6 hours once delivered. We recommend you unpack your frozen order and place in your freezer upon delivery.
