What if I can’t see my current order(s) under Order History?
If you have just placed your order today, please be patient while it works through the system. It can take time to show in your Order History.
If your order was not submitted today and is still not showing, you may be in the wrong account and will need to connect to with an agent via chat or by calling 1-800-585-5483, option 2, to reset your password. Accounts are created when you enter your email for more information or for special offers. If you happened to browse our plans and entered an email prior to starting, a duplicate account may have been opened. Not to worry though, these will not have any orders attached to them – they are blank. Duplicate account can also be opened if you had been a previous customer, but opened a new account with a new program. We can help you get back into your active account by resetting your password and clearing the blank accounts. Just contact us via chat or a phone call for assistance.
Cancelled orders will not show in your Order History after successful cancellation. Pending funds for any cancelled order will be released from your payment method within 3-5 business days, but can take up to 2 billing cycles depending on the financial institution.
