Can I have anything other than vegetables during the first week of my Nutrisystem program?

During the One-Week Reboot, you will only need to add non-starchy vegetables and zero calorie beverages, both of which are unlimited. We recommend that you have at least four servings of non-starchy vegetables a day. Starting your second week you will be able to start adding in SmartCarbs and PowerFuels.
