What is the first week like?

The first seven days are designed to kick off your weight loss.* This first week includes Nutrisystem meals, snacks and shakes each day. What happens after the first week?
Once you’ve completed your first week, you will switch over to the meal plan in your Quick Start Guide. You will continue to enjoy Nutrisystem breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks, plus grocery items like PowerFuels, SmartCarbs and veggies.
