What is the first week like?
Look through your box to find the Week 1 Guide for your first week of Nutrisystem. The first seven days are designed to kick off your weight loss.* During your first week, you will eat specially selected Nutrisystem breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks for all seven days.

What happens after the first week?
Once you’ve completed your first week, you will switch over to the meal plan in your Quick Start Guide. You will continue to enjoy Nutrisystem breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks, plus grocery items like PowerFuels, SmartCarbs and veggies.
