Ingredients:

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 ¼ tsp. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp. powdered sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix ¾ cup flour with baking powder, cinnamon, yogurt and vanilla.
  2. Using remaining flour, roll out the dough on a floured surface. Cut into ¼-inch strips.
  3. Pile up the strips of dough and shape them loosely into 4 funnel cakes.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Spray air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray.
  5. Add the funnel cakes to the air fryer. Spray the top of each funnel cake with the cooking spray. Cook 3-4 minutes per side. You may need to cook them separately depending on the size of your air fryer.
  6. Dust funnel cake with powdered sugar before serving.
