What are the recommended Week 1 Foods?

Your first week on Nutrisystem is designed to reboot your body and kickstart your weight loss.* This first week includes specially selected meals, snacks and shakes each day (first order only). You can find a list of recommended Week 1 foods that will be in your box below. Please note that if you’re on a personalized program, your Week 1 foods may be different. Week 1 Recommended Menu:

DAY 1:

Breakfast: Nutrisystem® Peanut Butter Oat Bar

Snack: Nutrisystem® Protein and Probiotic Shake + 1 cup carrot sticks

Lunch: Nutrisystem® Beans and Ham Soup + 1 cup bell pepper strips

Snack: Nutrisystem® Chocolate Chunk Cookie

Dinner: Nutrisystem® BBQ Seasoned Chicken (serve with 1 small whole grain roll) + 1 cup sautéed green beans

DAY 2:

Breakfast Nutrisystem® Cinnamon Bun Bar

Snack Nutrisystem® Protein and Probiotic Shake

Lunch Nutrisystem® Loaded Potato + 1 cup carrot sticks

Snack Nutrisystem® Butter Popcorn + 1 cup cucumber slices

Dinner Nutrisystem® Chicken Alfredo + 1 cup steamed broccoli

DAY 3:

Breakfast Nutrisystem® NutriFlakes Cereal (serve with 4 oz. fat-free milk)

Snack Nutrisystem® Protein and Probiotic Shake

Lunch Nutrisystem® Trail Mix Bar + 1 cup sliced cucumbers + 1 cup cherry tomatoes

DAY 4:

Breakfast Nutrisystem® Double Chocolate Muffin

Snack Nutrisystem® Protein and Probiotic Shake

Lunch Nutrisystem® Double Chocolate Caramel Bar + 1 cup bell pepper strips + 1 cup carrot sticks

Snack Nutrisystem® Zesty Herb Snack Mix

Dinner Nutrisystem® Chicken Pasta Parmesan + 1 cup sautéed spinach with garlic

DAY 5:

Breakfast Nutrisystem® Apple Strudel Bar

Snack Nutrisystem® Protein and Probiotic Shake + 1 cup bell pepper strips

Lunch Nutrisystem® Three Cheese Chicken + 1 cup cherry tomatoes

Snack Nutrisystem® Chocolate Caramel Bar

Dinner Nutrisystem® Hearty Beef Stew + 1 cup sautéed mushrooms and onions

DAY 6:

Lunch Nutrisystem® Fudge Graham Bar + 1 cup carrot sticks + 1 cup cucumber slices

Dinner Nutrisystem® Mac & Cheese with Turkey Sausage + 1 cup sautéed zucchini

DAY 7:

Lunch Nutrisystem® Tuna Salad (serve with 1 small whole grain roll) + 1 cup celery sticks

Snack Nutrisystem® Pretzels + 1 cup carrot sticks

Dinner Nutrisystem® Thick Crust Pizza + 1 cup grilled asparagus

Due to recent menu enhancements, your entrées may vary from those listed above. If so, it’s fine to replace any item with another Nutrisystem item for that meal occasion
