What is the Fast 5 sample menu?
The Fast 5 week is included with select Nutrisystem plans, including Uniquely Yours Max+. With this special first week, you move right into the weight loss fast lane with seven full days of delicious Nutrisystem meals and protein shakes.
This first week of the program is designed to reboot your body and kickstart your weight loss. It’s simple to follow and lower in calories to jumpstart your results.*
During Fast 5 week, you’ll enjoy a Nutrisystem breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack and shake each day (first order only). You can choose any foods to enjoy from your order. You’ll also add in at least four servings of non-starchy vegetables and 64 ounces of water every day.
We’ve provided a recommended Fast 5 sample menu below. However, please note that the specific Nutrisystem foods may be different based on your customized order. If so, it’s fine to replace any item with another Nutrisystem item for that meal occasion.
