If you’ve signed up for the Nutrisystem Partner Plan, this simple guide will help you and your partner get started on the right track. Weight loss truly is better together!
Here’s everything you need to know about the Nutrisystem Partner Plan:
A Simple Meal Plan
You and partner get to eat six times a day—that includes breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus snacks in the morning, afternoon and evening. This will be a combination of Nutrisystem meals and snacks, as well as Flex meals and fresh grocery items for more flexibility. You will receive a handy Quick Start Guide in your order that will layout a typical day for you to follow.
Most days, women will enjoy four Nutrisystem items a day: breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack, plus two fresh grocery snacks. Since men require more calories, most days guys will enjoy five Nutrisystem items a day: breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks, plus one fresh grocery snack. Each of your meal plans will be catered to you in the NuMi app.
The Partner Plan includes two weeks of Nutrisystem meals and snacks for two people. Your meal plan will incorporate Flex Meals (more on this later!), so your order will include choices for five days a week for two weeks. That means you get to enjoy a wide variety of tempting meals every couple weeks or just stick with your favorites—each of you can decide for yourselves. You don’t have to wait a whole month to mix up your personal menu with new choices.
In addition to convenient Nutrisystem meals and snacks, you get to enjoy some of your favorite grocery additions as you lose the weight. You’ll add in at least four servings of non-starchy vegetables each day. Choose your favorites from our comprehensive Grocery Guide! From tomatoes and onions to spinach and mushrooms, there are plenty of options to keep you satisfied. Plus, non-starchy veggies are unlimited on our plan and you can always add in more if you’re hungry!

Throughout the week, you and your partner can have fun and get creative in the kitchen! Flex meals are meals and snacks that you will prepare yourself by following the guidelines we provide you. Cook a meal together using our easy recipes here on The Leaf Weight Loss Blog or dine out at your favorite restaurant using our Dining Out Guide. You can select when to prepare your Flex meals and they do not have to be all on the same day.
On the Nutrisystem program, we recommend adding in at least 30 minutes of physical activity each day. Split this up into three 10-minute increments to make exercise more manageable in your busy schedule. Exercise is better together, so you and your partner should support and encourage each other during your workouts.
