Ingredients:
- 3 oz. raw chicken breast, cut into 1- 1 ½ inch chunks
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. paprika
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- Pinch of black pepper
- Zero-calorie non-stick cooking spray
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Line baking sheet with foil and grease with cooking spray.
- Combine all spices together.
- Toss chicken nuggets in the spice mixture.
- Place chicken on baking sheet and spray with cooking spray.
- Cook for 5 minutes, flip and cook for another 5 minutes.
