How to Remove Corn from the Cob in Seconds

We know, we know: Half the fun of chowing down on corn is eating it right from the cob. But because corn kernels also make a tasty addition to salads, salsas, soups and more, it doesn’t hurt to know how to remove corn from the cob quickly (and without losing any fingers!).

Check out our super simple hack that uses a common kitchen tool to cut those corn kernels from the cob in seconds flat. All you need is a bundt cake mold and a knife.

Simply stick the narrow end of the corn cob into the center of the bundt cake mold. Holding it steady, use a knife to carefully shave off the corn from the cob in a downward motion. It will conveniently fall into the bundt cake mold!
