Skinny Cannoli Dip

Recipe posted in: Flex Meals & Snacks, Snacks, Desserts

Did someone say skinny dip? Skinny Cannoli Dip? Even better.

Mix up this recipe for sweetness you won’t want to wait to jump into. Ricotta cheese and chocolate chips are allowed in your diet with Cannoli Dip that’s lightened up, but not stripped of flavor. Make it for a crowd because this dip is fit for four and they won’t know the calorie difference. Thank the heavens for dessert and bakeries be gone because Cannoli Dip is a creamy, sweet treat that’s also a sneaky source of protein.

Each serving only puts you out about 100 calories, plus one half of a PowerFuel and one Extra. Enjoy it with a SmartCarb of your choosing (we like it with a cup of fresh strawberries or a whole apple sliced up!), and you’ll have a flex snack that leaves you with half a PowerFuel for later.
