Ingredients:

  • 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. slivered almonds
  • 1 cup mixed fresh berries (we like ½ cup fresh, diced strawberries and ½ cup fresh blueberries)

Directions:

  1. Add layer of yogurt to bottom of bowl or mason jar.
  2. Top yogurt with berry mixture.
  3. Top strawberries with layer of almonds.
  4. Repeat layering until remaining ingredients are used up.
