Sure, they’re great for parties. But they’re also a tasty and refreshing treat to keep in your freezer all summer long, for when the itch for something sweet and frozen strikes.

On Nutrisystem, Count As: ½ SmartCarb and ½ PowerFuel
Ingredients:
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup strawberries
- 1 cup non-fat plain greek yogurt
Directions:
- In a food processor, blend ¼ cup of yogurt with blueberries. Set aside.
- Blend ¼ cup of yogurt with strawberries. Set aside.
- In popsicle mold, add strawberry mixture, then ½ cup yogurt, top with blueberry mixture.
- Let freeze overnight.
