Ingredients:
- 1 cup watermelon
- ½ cup ice
- ¼ cup coconut water
- 1 ¼ tsp. Truvia natural sweetener
- Juice from ½ lime
- 2 lime wedges for garnish
Directions:
- Blend the watermelon.
- Add the ice, coconut water, truvia and lime juice and blend until smooth.
- Pour into two martini glasses and garnish with lime wedge.
