Ingredients:

  • 6 mozzarella string cheese sticks, low fat
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs, plain
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Preheat Air Fryer at 400° F.
  2. Beat the egg in a small bowl.
  3. Mix together bread crumbs, garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  4. Dip string cheese into the bowl of egg and then coat with the bread crumbs mixture. Repeat for remaining sticks of cheese.
  5. Freeze the sticks for 20-30 minutes.
  6. Air fry cheese sticks for 10 minutes, flipping halfway for even browning.
