Ingredients:

  • Zero-calorie cooking spray
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
  • 6 ½ cups cauliflower florets
  • ¾ cup hot sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F and spray a large baking sheet with zero-calorie cooking spray.
  2. Combine water, flour and garlic and stir until mixed.
