What counts as water and how do I log it in the Nutrisystem® app?
We recommend sipping on water all day long. It’s naturally good for you and helps you feel full! Aim to drink at least 64 oz. (8 cups) of water or other calorie-free drinks each day.
In addition to water, you can enjoy these calorie-free beverages:
- Black coffee
- Iced tea, unsweetened
- Seltzer, plain or flavored
- Tea, all varieties, including black, green or herbal
You can easily track your water intake on the app. Here’s how:
- Open the app and hit the “Journal” icon in the bottom menu.
- Select the size you want from one of the existing buttons (4 oz, 8 oz, 16 oz or 24 oz) or add a custom number in the box.
- Hit the “Log Water” button to save.
