Servings: Makes 6 brownies

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup mashed banana
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4- 2/3 cup cocoa powder (more cocoa yields a richer taste)
  • Zero-calorie cooking spray

Directions:

  1. Mix together all ingredients in food processor or blender until batter forms.
  2. Transfer brownie batter to 6×6 greased pan and bake for 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees.
  3. Let brownies cool before slicing.
