  • 3 oz. raw chicken breast, cut into 1- 1 ½ inch chunks
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. paprika
  • Pinch cayenne pepper
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Zero-calorie non-stick cooking spray


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil and grease with cooking spray.
  3. Combine all spices together.
  4. Toss chicken nuggets into spice mixture.
  5. Place chicken on baking sheet and spray with cooking spray.
  6. Cook for 5 minutes, flip, cook for another 5 minutes.
