- 6 mozzarella string cheese sticks, low fat
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs, plain
- 1 large egg
- 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- Preheat Air Fryer at 400° F.
- Beat the egg in a small bowl.
- Mix together bread crumbs, garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Dip string cheese into the bowl of egg and then coat with the bread crumbs mixture. Repeat for remaining sticks of cheese.
- Freeze the sticks for 20-30 minutes.
- Air fry cheese sticks for 10 minutes, flipping halfway for even browning.
