Hi, I’m Deanna Otranto with Nutrisystem. Today I’ll be showing you how to prepare one of our members’ favorite smoothie recipes. It’s called the Berry Delicious Smoothie. To make this recipe you’ll need one packet of your Nutrisystem Smooth Vanilla Protein Shake, one half of a medium banana, one half cup of frozen fruit, 8 ounces or one cup of ice, three-quarters cup of water and one cup of plain nonfat yogurt. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour this right into your shaker for a delicious refreshing treat that will calm cravings without any of the guilt. - 1 package Nutrisystem Vanilla Nutrisystem Shake
- 1/2 medium banana
- 1/2 cup berries, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup ice
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 cup plain non-fat yogurt
- Add all ingredients to blender.
- Blend until smooth.
