An Appletini that won’t wreck your waistline (or your whole next day)?! Well how do you like them apples?

This tangy mocktail pairs 100% apple juice with tart chopped granny smith apple and zesty lemon juice for a delicious take on a happy hour staple. Try whipping up a batch of these Appletinis for your next party or gathering. Your guests will be giddy!

On Nutrisystem, Count As: 1 SmartCarb

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup 100% apple juice
  • ¼ Granny Smith Apple, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp. Stevia
  • 1 slice apple (to garnish)

Directions:

  1. Fill a shaker with ice cubes
  2. Add all ingredients
  3. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
  4. Garnish with apple slice
