Ingredients:

  • 2 cups 4% cottage cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 oz. cream cheese, low fat
  • 1 cup frozen cherries

Directions:

  1. In a blender, add the cottage cheese and honey. Blend until the cottage cheese is whipped and smooth, then blend in the cream cheese and ½ cup of the frozen cherries.
  2. Add the remaining ½ cup of cherries and pulse to break them up into smaller pieces.
  3. Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 1-2 hours.
