Ingredients:
- 2 cups fruit (i.e. strawberries, blackberries, cranberries, etc)
- 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 tsp. stevia
Directions:
- Heat Method: Place fruit in a small pot and heat to a boil, mash fruit to desired level, stir in chia seeds and stevia and let simmer for 15 minutes, then pour into jar and let cool.
- Refrigerator Method: Place all ingredients into a blend, blend to desired level, then pour in a jar and refrigerate overnight.
