Strawberries and Chocolate Peanut Butter Sauce

Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup low fat milk
- 4 cups strawberries, tops removed
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp. peanut butter
Directions:
- In a small pot, heat milk until almost boiling, then lower heat to medium and add peanut butter. Whisk until peanut butter is totally dissolved.
- Add chocolate chips to mixture, and whisk until chocolate is completely melted. Remove mixture from heat.
- Pour sauce into small bowl and leave uncovered in the refrigerator for 30 to 60 minutes or until sauce thickens. When sauce has thickened, serve or cover and leave refrigerated until needed. Serve with strawberries or other fruit for dipping.
