Ingredients:
- 1 Nutrisystem Double Chocolate Muffin
- 1 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
- ¼ cup almond milk
- 1 packet of stevia
Directions:
- Put the muffin in a mixing bowl.
- With a fork, crumble the muffin into pieces.
- Add almond milk and mix.
- In another bowl, mix peanut butter and stevia.
- Roll peanut butter into 2-3 small balls.
- Roll the peanut butter balls in the chocolate muffin crumbs so they are completely covered.
- Place the peanut butter balls on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350°F for 3-5 minutes.
