On Nutrisystem, Count As: ½ PowerFuel and ½ SmartCarb
Ingredients:
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp. ground coffee
- ¼ cup nonfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. almond butter
- 3 packets stevia
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients.
- Roll mixture into ten balls and flatten.
- Can either refrigerate the cookie or bake at 350° F for 8 minutes. Both ways are equally delicious!
