Ingredients:

  • Nutrisystem frozen Mac and Cheese dinner entrée
  • ¼ cup bell peppers
  • ¼ cup broccoli
  • ¼ cup mushrooms
  • ¼ cup Italian-style diced tomatoes, canned
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Slice bell peppers into small strips.
  2. Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
