Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp. coconut oil
  • 2 Tbsp. crunchy peanut butter
  • You’ll also need:
  • Mini muffin pan
  • Mini muffin liners

Directions:

  1. In a microwave, melt chocolate chips for 10 seconds at a time (stir in between).
  2. In a paper-lined mini muffin cup, fill each cup about halfway with chocolate.
  3. Freeze for 10 minutes.
  4. Heat coconut oil until melted.
  5. Mix coconut oil and peanut butter.
  6. Pour the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate (to the brim of the cup).
  7. Freeze until set.
  8. Store in freezer.
