Ingredients:

  • 4 3-oz. chicken breasts
  • 1/3 cup classic basil pesto (jarred)
  • 8 slices tomato
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese, reduced fat

Directions:

  1. Lay chicken breasts flat onto a baking sheet.
  2. Spoon pesto evenly on top of each chicken breast.
  3. Place 2 slices of tomato on top of each chicken breast.
  4. Lay 1 slice of cheese on top of the tomatoes.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes at 375°F or until the chicken reaches 165°F.
