- 4 3-oz. chicken breasts
- 1/3 cup classic basil pesto (jarred)
- 8 slices tomato
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese, reduced fat
- Lay chicken breasts flat onto a baking sheet.
- Spoon pesto evenly on top of each chicken breast.
- Place 2 slices of tomato on top of each chicken breast.
- Lay 1 slice of cheese on top of the tomatoes.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 375°F or until the chicken reaches 165°F.
