On Nutrisystem, Count As: 1 PowerFuel, 1 Extra and ½ SmartCarb
Ingredients:
- ½ cup vanilla non-fat Greek yogurt
- ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- ½ cup non-fat milk
- 1 Tbsp. sugar-free maple syrup
- ½ cup pure pumpkin puree
- 1 cup ice
- Splash of water, as needed
Directions:
