On Nutrisystem, Count As: 1 PowerFuel, 1 Extra and 1/2 SmartCarb

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup vanilla non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup non-fat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar-free maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup ice
  • Splash of water, as needed

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth
