Hi I’m Deanna Otranto with Nutrisystem. Today I’ll be showing you how to prepare a really delicious smoothie called the Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie. It’s perfect for calming chocolate cravings without any of the guilt. All you’ll need to make this simple recipe is one packet of your Nutrisystem Creamy Chocolate protein drink [substitute the Chocolate Nutrisystem Shake], one cup of cold water, one cup of ice, a medium banana and one tablespoon of reduced-fat natural peanut butter.   • 1 Tbsp. reduced-fat peanut butter
  • 1 medium frozen banana, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice
