Ingredients:
- 1 small package of steamable riced cauliflower
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 small jalapeno pepper, chopped
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
- 1 tsp. garlic power
- Black pepper, to taste
- 2 tsp. low fat cheddar cheese
Directions:
- Cook cauliflower according to package directions. Pour it into a mixing bowl
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Top with cheese and serve.
