On Nutrisystem, Count As: 1 Vegetable
- 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 cup red onion, sliced
- Zero calorie cooking spray
- Black pepper, to taste
- Sprinkle of salt
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts and onions on a baking tray. Spray with cooking spray.
- Sprinkle with black pepper, salt and desired seasonings.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
