  • Brussels sprouts
  • Red onion
  • Zero calorie cooking spray
  • Fresh cracked black pepper
  • Sprinkle of salt


  1. Cut Brussels sprouts in half.
  2. Dice red onion.
  3. Spread vegetables on baking tray and spray with cooking spray.
  4. Add desired seasonings.
  5. Bake in oven at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
