Shrimp Cucumber Bites

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. cooked shrimp (about 6 large)
  • 2 Tbsp. plain hummus
  • 6 thick cucumber slices
  • Dash paprika

Directions:

  1. Assemble by spreading one teaspoon of hummus on each cucumber slice, topped with a piece of shrimp and a sprinkle of paprika.
