Shrimp Taco Bites

These Shrimp Taco Bites are so adorable, you might have trouble sinking your teeth into them.   • 2 whole wheat tortilla
  • 3 oz. cooked shrimp
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • ¼ cup, avocado, diced
  • 8 tsp. pico de gallo
  • Zero-calorie nonstick spray


  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Toss shrimp with chili powder and place on a baking sheet and in oven for 2-3 minutes.
  3. With a cookie cutter or a cup, cut 3-4 medium circles out of each tortilla. Press each circle into a greased-lined muffin cup. Bake for 10 minutes or until crisp. Remove.
  4. Assemble the shrimp taco by placing 1 teaspoon of pico de gallo in a tortilla cup, followed by ½ tablespoon of avocado, then top with a piece of shrimp.
