Ingredients:

  • 2 lb. chicken breast
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • ½ cup chicken broth, low sodium
  • ¼ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp. cumin
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • ½ tsp. turmeric
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley

Directions:

  1. Mix together Greek yogurt and seasoning.
  2. Add all ingredients to slow cooker and mix.
  3. Cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or LOW for 7-8 hours.
  4. Remove chicken and serve on a platter with vegetables, dip and pita bread. You can also enjoy it in a wrap, rice bowl or salad.
